Information about the role

Joining our rapidly growing team, the Business Change lead will help our business understand, prepare, adopt and embed highly complex and diverse change. It’s your chance to play a part in a challenge that’s as important as it gets: protecting the UK and its communities.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic team member with strong knowledge and experience of the theory and practical application of change management. As a Business Change lead you will be responsible for leadership of application of the Business Change framework, tools and methodology to complex projects and programmes to implement sustainable change across the national Counter Terrorism Policing Network.

You will have a varied role, where no two days are the same. You will join the team with a good understanding of change management, but you will have opportunities and support to grow and develop your skills further to become a specialist in your field. You will work as part of a busy team, supporting the head of Business Change, leading, and developing a team of Business Change managers, and working closely with our change network and stakeholders.
