Information about the role

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the National CT CCS Lead and National CT CCS Manager.  

Your role will include (but is not limited to) organising diaries, meetings and board papers, producing data reports and meeting minutes, managing CCS communications, and liaising with CCS colleagues and external partners. Occasional travel within the UK may be required.

Responsibilities

The post holder will:

  1. Provide business administrative support to the CT CCS team.
  2. Manage the CCS mailbox and diary
  3. Provide coordination for CT CCS staff across the network (e.g. for training provision).
  4. Plan and organise meetings for the CCS management team.
  5. Support the running of the CT CCS Operational Board and CT CCS Governance Board by managing logistics and arrangements
  6. Manage the commissioning and circulation of Board papers
  7. Produce high-quality minutes, ensuring any follow-up actions are progressed.
  8. Collect/disseminate CCS information for/from the national CCS team (e.g. performance information reports)
  9. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues in the CT CCS, other CTPHQ units, the CT Network and with external stakeholders.
  10. May be required to visit CCS sites outside of London on occasion
