Contract type – Full Time

Information About The Role

As a User Researcher, you’ll talk to colleagues across CTP to find out what tech they need. This work is at the heart of everything we do in Data & Analysis, which means you’ll have a critical role in our team.

Day to day, you’ll be designing and conducting user research that gives you a deep understanding of the people who use CTP technology. It means establishing the best research methods based on goals and resources; and managing all aspects of research, including planning, moderation, analysis, and reporting.

You’ll then turn the data into findings that inform key decisions about tech. Whatever the project, you’ll campaign for user-centred design and best practice across CTP, while supporting technology and products at various points in their lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, design and carry out research activities with users to help our teams understand colleagues who use our technology.
  • Work independently as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Advocate for user-centred design and best practice across CTP.
  • Support technology and products at various points in their lifecycle.
