WALES MAN CHARGED WITH PUBLIC ORDER OFFENCES

Officers from Counter Terrorism Policing North East, supported by Welsh Extremism and Counter Terrorism Unit, have charged a 49-year-old man from Wales with Public Order offences.

James Allchurch (28/12/1971) from Pembrokeshire was charged with fifteen offences contrary to section 21(1) Public Order Act 1986 (distributing a recording of sounds stirring up racial hatred).

The charges follow his arrest as part of a pre-planned operation in December 2019.

Allchurch appear before Haverfordwest Magistrates Court yesterday (August,18 2021) and will return to the Crown Court for a preliminary hearing on Wednesday 15 September.
