We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst who thrives in an Agile environment and is passionate about shaping technology solutions that truly make a difference. In this role, you’ll work at the heart of national Counter Terrorism Policing, collaborating with diverse teams to turn complex challenges into user-centric, evidence-based, and delivery-ready solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collation and analysis of data to inform justification papers (Government Green Book Five Case Model, briefing and options papers).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives).
- Ensure alignment of technology initiatives with CTP HQ strategies while enabling flexibility for change.
- To work with various CTP colleagues including Finance, Business Change, Commercial Services and external agencies to ensure that projects and programmes are suitably commissioned, designed and delivered.
