An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Detective Sergeant to join our Counter Terrorism South East Prevent team as a Regional Prevent Supervisor in Thames Valley. This is a unique opportunity to shape safeguarding interventions, influence regional strategy, and lead proactive work that stops radicalisation before it escalates. We welcome applications from PIP2 accredited Detective Sergeants and Detective Constables who have passed their home force promotion board.
As a Regional Prevent Supervisor, you will play a critical role in delivering the Prevent strand of the national CONTEST strategy, working to stop individuals from being drawn into terrorism and supporting those at risk.
You will lead and coordinate activity across the region, working with policing teams, partners, and communities to deliver meaningful, early interventions that reduce risk and safeguard individuals.
