A career in Counter Terrorism Policing (CTP) is like no other, as you’ll be playing your part in protecting the public. Could you use your experience, knowledge and skills to support national security? Take on the role of Organisational Resilience Manager, and you’ll ensure that threats to our national security are identified and mitigated – wherever they are.
You will be a key member of the Organisational Resilience Team, working with senior managers in the Counter Terrorism Policing Headquarters (CTPHQ), the Metropolitan Police’s Specialist Operations Commands and with Counter Terrorism Units across the country.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Unit in expansion of Business Continuity and Risk programmes.
- Manage projects and tasks to develop and improve the unit’s processes and procedures, as directed by Head of Unit.
- Meet regularly with key partners both internally and externally to discuss and progress resilience projects.
- Support the unit to develop Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans using the corporate approach adapted as required for CT business.
