Job Title: PMO Manager – Band C – Change – Counter Terrorism Policing HQ

Salary: The starting salary is £47,060, which includes allowances totalling £2,928.

The salary is broken down as £ 44,132 basic salary, which will increase annually until you reach the top of the scale £52,652.  Plus, a location allowance of £1,928 and a non-pensionable allowance of £1,000.

The Counter Terrorism Policing (CTP) Programme and Project Management Team has an exciting opportunity for a PMO Manager to help deliver our portfolio of change across the CTP network.

You don’t need a background in policing or security for your skills to help keep people safe.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have experience in PMO specialisms e.g. RAID, planning, benefits, and reporting
  • Effectively apply portfolio management standards in line with industry best practice
  • Be able to prioritise workload and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Be able to analyse and interpret a broad range of data to assist stakeholders with decision making
  • Be able to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrate strong team management skills
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to tailor your approach to suit the audience and situation
