Information about the Role
We are looking for a proven leader of high profile programmes of communications activity. That means being able to define and set a strategy, motivate and engage staff and stakeholders, then lead and drive forward delivery across multiple channels so that desired outcomes are achieved.
Leading these programmes will require hands-on involvement across multiple communications disciplines, so you will bring expertise from different roles and of leading teams and programmes of comparable scale. To enable the success of your communications work, you will need to establish excellent relationships with senior stakeholders both internally and externally, including with law enforcement partners, government, business, charity and other groups.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with members across the CTP comms team, the CTP Network and key senior leaders to proactively produce innovative and impactive content to support our Internal and external comms, engage our key audiences and help promote CTP: developing trust and confidence, promoting CTP excellence and success and CTP brand management
- Provide expert advice on evaluation and insight from digital campaigns to key CTP seniors and relevant stakeholders
- Willing to participate in an out-hour-hours rota and prepared to work flexibly out of normal office hours if circumstances require it
- Influence and negotiate to draw on support from other specialisms within the CTP Communications Team, and across the CTP network to produce highest quality and effective communications products (eg: Media, Campaigns, Partnerships, Change, Internal)
