Fel cydweithrediad rhwng y pedwar heddlu yng Nghymru ac sy’n gysylltiedig â’r Rhwydwaith Gwrthderfysgaeth Genedlaethol, mae Plismona Gwrthderfysgaeth Cymru yn Uned Cudd-wybodaeth ac Ymchwilio sy’n darparu dull partneriaeth integredig wrth ymdrin â diogelwch cenedlaethol, terfysgaeth ac eithafiaeth ledled Cymru.

Mae’r uned yn tynnu ar nifer o arbenigedd gan gynnwys; ditectifs, ymchwiliadau, timau ymchwil a chudd-wybodaeth, timau plismona ffiniau, dadansoddwyr cudd-wybodaeth, ynghyd â chydweithwyr sy’n arbenigo mewn atal, hyfforddi a diogelwch gweithredol i gyd yn gweithio mewn partneriaeth i gadw Cymru’n ddiogel rhag terfysgaeth ac ofn terfysgaeth.
